各プランページに記載の価格（米ドル建て）。主なプラン: Pro — 月額 19 米ドル / Pro+ — 月額 49 米ドル。クレジット追加チャージは 10 米ドル単位。為替レートはご利用のクレジットカード会社の基準により日本円に換算されます。

As listed on each plan page (in US dollars). Main plans: Pro — US$19/month / Pro+ — US$49/month. Credit top-ups are sold in increments of US$10. Amounts are converted to Japanese yen at the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit card issuer.

日本国内の消費税（10%）は販売価格に別途加算されます。本サービスのご利用に伴い発生するインターネット接続料、通信費、ならびにご自身で取得・利用される外部 AI モデル API（OpenAI / Anthropic / Google / xAI 等）の利用料金は、お客様のご負担となります。

Japanese consumption tax (10%) is added to the listed price for customers billed in Japan. Internet and data charges, as well as fees for any third-party AI model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, etc.) the customer chooses to bring (BYOK), are borne by the customer.

クレジットカード決済（Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Discover, UnionPay）。決済は Stripe 社を通じて処理されます。

月額サブスクリプションはご注文確定時に即時課金され、以後お客様による解約のお手続きがない限り、毎月自動的に更新・課金されます。クレジットの追加チャージは、ご注文時に即時課金されます。「自動チャージ」を有効にしている場合、残高が設定したしきい値を下回った時点で、登録済みの決済手段に対してオフセッション課金が行われます。

Monthly subscriptions are charged immediately upon order confirmation and renew automatically each month until cancelled. One-time credit top-ups are charged immediately at the time of purchase. If "Auto top-up" is enabled, the saved payment method is charged off-session whenever the balance falls below the configured threshold.

決済完了後、ご登録のアカウントにて即時にプラン／クレジット残高が反映されます。本サービスはクラウド経由で提供されるデジタルサービスであり、物理的な配送はございません。

Plans and credit balances are reflected on the registered account immediately after a successful payment. The Service is a cloud-delivered digital product; there is no physical shipment.

デジタルサービスの特性上、ご購入後のお客様都合による返金・キャンセルはお受けしておりません。ただし、当社の責めに帰すべき重大な不具合があり通常のご利用が困難な場合には、お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡いただいた上で、個別に対応いたします。月額サブスクリプションは、次回更新日の前日までにダッシュボードまたは Stripe カスタマーポータルからお手続きいただくことで、次回以降の自動更新を停止できます。すでに課金済みの期間分、ならびに既に消費されたクレジットについては返金いたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not accept refunds or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer after purchase. If the Service cannot be used normally due to a material defect for which we are responsible, please contact our support desk and we will respond on a case-by-case basis. Monthly subscriptions can be stopped from automatic renewal via the dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal on or before the day prior to the next renewal date. Please note that amounts already charged for the current term and credits already consumed are non-refundable.
