2. 取得する個人情報2. Information We Collect
当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の個人情報を取得することがあります。 （1）氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、請求先住所 （2）アカウント情報（ユーザー ID、パスワードのハッシュ値、認証セッション等） （3）決済に関する情報（請求先、領収書宛名、Stripe Customer ID 等／クレジットカード番号自体は当社では保持せず、決済代行会社にて処理されます） （4）BYOK 機能を利用される場合に利用者が登録された外部 AI プロバイダの API キー（暗号化のうえ保管） （5）本サービスの利用ログ（プロキシ経由の AI 呼び出しメタデータ、消費クレジット、アクション実行履歴等）、端末情報、IP アドレス、Cookie 情報 （6）お問い合わせフォームまたはメールにて利用者から提供される情報
In connection with providing the Service we may collect: (1) name, email, phone number, billing address; (2) account data such as user ID, hashed password, and authentication sessions; (3) billing metadata such as Stripe Customer ID (card numbers themselves are never stored on our side — they are handled by our payment processor); (4) third-party AI provider API keys you register for BYOK (stored encrypted); (5) usage logs (metadata of proxied AI invocations, credit consumption, action history), device information, IP addresses, and cookies; (6) information you provide through inquiry forms or email.
3. 利用目的3. Purposes of Use
当社は、取得した個人情報を以下の目的のために利用します。 （1）本サービスの提供、運営、認証、プラン管理、クレジット残高管理 （2）利用料金およびクレジットチャージの請求、領収書等の発行 （3）利用者からのお問い合わせへの対応 （4）本サービスに関するお知らせ、新機能・アップデート情報のご案内 （5）本サービスの品質向上、利用状況の統計的分析、不正利用の検知 （6）利用規約等に違反する行為への対応 （7）その他、上記の利用目的に付随する目的
We use collected information to: (1) provide, operate, authenticate, and manage plans and credit balances; (2) bill for fees and credit top-ups and issue receipts / invoices; (3) respond to inquiries; (4) send service announcements and release notes; (5) improve quality, perform aggregated usage analytics, and detect abuse; (6) address violations of the Terms; (7) any purpose ancillary to the foregoing.
4. 第三者提供4. Disclosure to Third Parties
当社は、以下の場合を除き、あらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。 （1）法令に基づく場合 （2）人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき （3）公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合 （4）国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人情報の取扱いを以下の業務委託先に委託することがあります。委託先には、個人情報の適正な取扱いを確保するために必要かつ適切な監督を行います。 ・決済処理: Stripe, Inc.（米国） ・クラウドインフラ / ホスティング: Amazon Web Services, Inc.（米国） ・データベース: MongoDB, Inc.（米国） ・AI モデル提供: Anthropic, PBC、OpenAI, Inc.、Google LLC、xAI Corp.（米国） ・メール配信・業務用メール: Google LLC（米国）
We may entrust personal information to service providers within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use, and we supervise them as required by law. Current providers include: Stripe, Inc. (USA) for payment processing; Amazon Web Services, Inc. (USA) for hosting; MongoDB, Inc. (USA) for database; Anthropic, PBC, OpenAI, Inc., Google LLC, and xAI Corp. (USA) for AI model APIs; Google LLC (USA) for email delivery and business email.
6. 外国にある第三者への提供6. Cross-Border Transfers
前項の業務委託先の一部は、日本国外（主に米国）に所在します。これらの国・地域の個人情報保護制度および委託先が講ずる個人情報保護のための措置に関する情報は、利用者からのご請求に応じて当社より提供いたします。
Some of the service providers above are located outside Japan (primarily in the United States). Upon request, we will provide information about the data protection regimes of those jurisdictions and the safeguards taken by those providers.
7. AI 入力データの取扱い7. Handling of AI Inputs
本サービスを通じて利用者が AI モデルへ送信したプロンプト、コンテキスト、URL、スクリーンショット等は、当該リクエストの実行および利用ログ・課金情報の記録のために必要な範囲で当社のシステムにて処理されます。BYOK 利用時を含め、AI プロバイダ側でのデータ取扱いについては、各プロバイダのプライバシーポリシーに従います。当社は、利用者の AI 入力データを、当社の機械学習モデルの追加学習目的で利用することはありません。
Prompts, contexts, URLs, screenshots, and similar data you send to AI models through the Service are processed by our systems only to the extent necessary to fulfill the request and to record usage logs and billing. Including for BYOK usage, the AI providers handle the data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your AI input data to additionally train our own machine learning models.
8. 安全管理措置8. Security Measures
当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のために、組織的・人的・物理的・技術的な観点から合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。通信は SSL/TLS による暗号化を行い、パスワードはハッシュ化のうえ保管し、BYOK API キーは暗号化のうえ保管します。
We take reasonable organizational, human, physical, and technical safeguards to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. Communications are encrypted via SSL/TLS, passwords are stored hashed, and BYOK API keys are stored encrypted.
9. Cookie およびアクセスログ9. Cookies and Access Logs
当社は、本サービスの利便性向上、利用状況の分析、認証セッションの維持等のために、Cookie およびアクセスログを使用することがあります。利用者は、ブラウザの設定により Cookie を無効化できますが、その場合、本サービスの一部機能が利用できなくなる可能性があります。
We use cookies and access logs to maintain authenticated sessions, improve usability, and analyze usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features of the Service may become unavailable.

利用者は、当社が保有する自己の個人情報について、個人情報保護法その他関係法令の定めに基づき、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止または第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。ご請求は下記のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。本人であることを確認させていただいたうえで、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
