本規約は、株式会社オキツアージャパンが提供する Passpy の利用条件を定めるものです。
These Terms govern use of Passpy, operated by Okitour Japan Inc.

本規約は、株式会社オキツアージャパン（以下「当社」といいます）が提供する AI ブラウザ自動化サービス「Passpy」および関連サービス（以下、総称して「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規約に同意したうえで本サービスを利用するものとし、本サービスを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
These Terms govern the use of the AI browser automation service "Passpy" and related services ("Service") provided by Okitour Japan Inc. ("we" / "us"). By using the Service you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
本規約において、次の各号に掲げる用語の意義は、当該各号に定めるとおりとします。 （1）「利用者」とは、本サービスを利用する個人または法人をいいます。 （2）「アカウント」とは、本サービスを利用するために必要な登録情報をいいます。 （3）「プラン」とは、Free、Pro、Pro+、Enterprise その他当社が定める料金プランをいいます。 （4）「クレジット」とは、本サービス内で AI モデル等の従量課金型機能を利用するために消費される、米ドル建ての残高をいいます。 （5）「BYOK」とは、利用者が自ら取得した外部 AI プロバイダ（OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI 等）の API キーを本サービスに登録し、利用する方式をいいます。 （6）「コンテンツ」とは、本サービスを通じて利用者が入力、送信、閲覧する一切の情報をいいます。
Key terms: "User" means any individual or entity that uses the Service. "Account" means the registration information required to use the Service. "Plan" means a paid tier such as Free, Pro, Pro+, or Enterprise. "Credit" means the USD-denominated balance consumed by metered features such as AI model invocations. "BYOK" (Bring Your Own Key) means using the User's own third-party AI provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, etc.) within the Service. "Content" means any data a User inputs, transmits, or views through the Service.
利用者は、当社所定の方法により正確かつ完全な情報を登録のうえアカウントを作成するものとします。当社は、登録情報に虚偽、誤記または記入漏れがあった場合、その他当社が不適切と判断した場合には、登録を拒否し、または既存の登録を取り消すことがあります。
Users must register accurate and complete information when creating an account. We may refuse registration, or cancel an existing account, if the information is false, incomplete, or otherwise inappropriate.
有償プランの利用料金、クレジットチャージ、自動チャージ（オートトップアップ）、月額自動チャージ上限、支払方法、支払時期、返金条件その他取引に関する事項は、本サービス内のプラン紹介ページおよび「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に定めるところによります。決済はクレジットカードにより、Stripe 等の当社が指定する決済代行サービスを通じて行われます。
Fees, credit top-ups, auto top-up, monthly auto top-up limits, payment methods, billing timing, and refund conditions follow the plan pages on this site and our Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act. Payments are processed by credit card through Stripe or other payment processors we designate.
当社は、各プランに応じて、月次の無料クレジット、月次のアクション実行回数の上限、利用可能な端末（マシン）数を定めます。月次のクレジットおよびアクション回数は、各課金サイクルの開始時にリセットされます。利用者がプランの上限を超えて本サービスを利用するためには、追加のクレジットチャージまたは上位プランへの変更が必要となります。BYOK 利用時もアクション実行回数の上限は適用されます。
We define, per plan, a monthly free credit allowance, a monthly action execution limit, and a number of permitted devices (machines). Monthly credits and action counters reset at the start of each billing cycle. To exceed plan limits the User must purchase additional credit top-ups or upgrade their plan. Action execution limits apply even when BYOK is used.
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。 （1）法令または公序良俗に違反する行為 （2）犯罪行為に関連する行為 （3）本サービスの運営またはネットワーク・システムを妨害するおそれのある行為 （4）他の利用者または第三者の個人情報を不正に取得する行為 （5）本サービスのソースコード解析・改変・複製・再配布を行う行為 （6）当社または第三者の知的財産権、肖像権、プライバシー、名誉その他の権利または利益を侵害する行為 （7）不正アクセスおよびこれを試みる行為 （8）本サービスを利用して、他のウェブサイトの利用規約や robots.txt 等のクローリング規定に違反する自動化を行う行為 （9）当社の事前の書面による承諾なく、本サービスを再販、転貸、または商用ホスティング目的で第三者に提供する行為 （10）その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
Users must not: (1) violate laws or public order; (2) engage in criminal activity; (3) interfere with the operation, network, or systems of the Service; (4) unlawfully obtain personal data of others; (5) reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the source code; (6) infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of us or third parties; (7) attempt unauthorized access; (8) use the Service to perform automation that violates third-party websites' terms of use or robots.txt directives; (9) resell, sublease, or provide the Service to third parties for commercial hosting without our prior written consent; (10) engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate.
当社は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合、利用者に事前に通知することなく、本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。 （1）本サービスにかかるシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合 （2）地震、落雷、火災、停電、天災等の不可抗力により本サービスの提供が困難となった場合 （3）コンピューター、通信回線、第三者サービス（AI プロバイダ、決済代行、ホスティング等）が事故により停止した場合 （4）その他、当社が本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合
We may suspend or interrupt the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice in case of: (1) system maintenance or updates; (2) force majeure including earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster; (3) failures of computers, networks, or third-party services (AI providers, payment processors, hosting, etc.); (4) any other case where we determine that continued operation is impracticable.
本サービスおよびこれに関連するソフトウェア、画像、テキスト、ロゴ等に関する著作権その他一切の知的財産権は、当社または当該権利を有する正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、本規約に基づき許諾された範囲を超えて、これらを利用することはできません。利用者が本サービス上で生成した出力物に関する権利関係は、利用者と当該出力に用いられた AI プロバイダの利用条件に従います。
All intellectual property rights in the Service and its related software, images, text, and logos belong to us or the respective rights holders. Users may not use these assets beyond the scope explicitly permitted in these Terms. Rights related to outputs generated through the Service are governed by the terms of the User and of the AI provider used to generate the output.
当社は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティ等に関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しません。本サービスは外部 AI プロバイダおよびサードパーティウェブサイトに依存しており、これらの仕様変更、停止、レート制限、応答内容の正確性等について当社は責任を負いません。当社は、本サービスに起因して利用者に生じたあらゆる損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。当社が責任を負う場合であっても、当社が過去 12 か月間に利用者から現実に受領した対価の総額を上限とします。
We do not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the Service is free of defects (including but not limited to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security). The Service depends on third-party AI providers and websites; we are not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, or the accuracy of their responses. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we bear no liability for any damages arising from the Service. In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount actually received from the User during the preceding 12 months.
当社は、利用者への事前通知をもって、本サービスの内容、料金、プラン構成、月次クレジット額、アクション上限等を変更し、または本サービスの提供を終了することができるものとし、これによって利用者に生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
We may change the Service's features, fees, plan structure, monthly credit amount, action limits, etc., or discontinue the Service upon prior notice to Users, and we shall not be liable for damages arising from such changes or discontinuation.
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者に通知したうえで本規約をいつでも変更することができるものとします。変更後の本規約は、本ウェブサイトに掲示した時点から効力を生じ、掲示後に利用者が本サービスを利用した場合には、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
We may revise these Terms at any time upon notice. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this site; continued use of the Service after posting constitutes acceptance.
利用者の個人情報の取扱いについては、別途当社が定める「プライバシーポリシー」によるものとします。
Handling of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
本規約の解釈および適用については、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスまたは本規約に関して当社と利用者との間で紛争が生じた場合には、福岡地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising between us and a User in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be submitted to the Fukuoka District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
附則 / Supplementary Provisions: 本規約は 2026年5月1日 より施行します。
These Terms take effect on May 1, 2026.
